The ART of Yoga

In this workshop, we will fuse together yoga, meditation and ART! We will explore and discover the mind and body in inspiring, creative ways. Through poses, basic stretching and movement exercises, you'll gain strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques will teach you how to concentrate, relax and focus. We will also do AWESOME yoga inspired projects like dream catchers, kindness rocks, self affirmations and more!
