MARIE CAPTAIN:
MUSICAL THEATRE, DRAMA, & VOCAL TEACHER
Marie Captain has directed school, community, and regional theatre for over 30 years. She owns and directs The Contemporary Theatre Arts Workshop in Armonk, NY. She directed and produced the first annual weekend of music called, "Sedona Spirit Sings" in May 2013. Marie has directed theatre in summer camps both in NY and Sedona, Arizona as well as musically directed well over 40 musicals. She is currently arranging and composing pop and movie themed music. In addition Marie continues to teach piano, keyboards, voice, guitar, and song writing both privately and at the Dance and Music Academy in Manhattan Beach. Marie is excited to join the Summer Art Academy team this summer!
